Thanks so much for helping to maintain the organization of your team. Below you will find some additional sources to use throughout the season. Job Descriptions
Chaperone Registration - all adults who plan to be around the girls in a supervising role must complete the registration to chaperone. The only role for men is as a driver; men have no other supervising role with the club.
Resources
A "Player Profile Form" in hard copy will be delivered to the team rep by your team's coach with the necessary information to complete the online form linked below; this information will be made available for both recruitment and tournament entries as many of the larger tournaments require this data.
The "Team Data Sheet" will be completed by the team rep and emailed to Darin with all of the information gathered by the coach on the Player Profile Form.
The "Score Report Form" will be submitted by the team rep following each tournament. These scores will be gathered to submit for larger tournaments and to report scores directly to the region. No longer will team reps report scores to the region.
Team Rep and Coordinator Descriptions
Team Rep – This person is pretty much the go-to person who coordinates the big picture for the team. It is also the contact for the coach or Darin to disseminate information to the parents. This person will work directly with the other three coordinators to guide them as needed. Thing of this person as the top of the pyramid funneling information to the others.
Cooler Coordinator – This person works with all parents to be sure the girls have a cooler at any tournament. This is not the sole person responsible for prepping, taking, organizing, and cleaning the cooler each weekend. This person just facilitates getting it done.
Travel Coordinator – This person works with the other parents to coordinate travel arrangements to get girls to and from the tournament and back and forth from the playing site to a hotel if the team is out of town. This person can also work with other teams’ travel coordinators to ensure we do this as economically as possible.
Hotel Coordinator – This person books hotels at tournaments out of the area. It is important this person take into consideration the needs of all families when booking. Our goal as a club is to get our teams as close to the tournaments as possible, but we have to keep in mind the cost factor as well. We don’t want to pay an outlandish sum for a hotel within walking distance just to avoid driving 2 miles where we might pay considerably less. If we can stay within walking distance, that’s the plan, but it’s not required. We want our girls in a hotel with indoor rooms that is safe and secure. This person may also work with other teams’ hotel coordinators to share rooms if space is available.
