Late to Practice or Absent from Practice
- Late 5 minutes or less: 5 full court sprints, 5 burpees, 5 30-second planks.
- Late 10 minutes or more: 10 full court sprints, 10 burpees, 10 30-second planks.
Practice Make Up Chart – The missed practice workout must be completed by the athlete before the next practice they attend. The chart must be printed and needs to be signed and dated by a parent and turned into the coach. Athletes may show up early or stay late if Titan is still open.
